You have a period of 15 days after receipt of your order to return your items for a refund or credit, if they do not suit you.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. The return costs are at your expense, so you can choose the carrier of your choice. We advise you to choose a tracking return.*If the parts are defective or not in conformity with the order, then the return will be taken in our charge*If the parts have been damaged by the carrier, please do not accept the delivery or have the carrier give you a damage certificate
1. Log in and access your customer area
2. Enter "Order History and Details"
3. Click on the "Details" link to view your order
4. Select the product(s) to be returned, by checking the associated box. Fill in the quantity if several copies of the same product are to be returned.
5. Describe the reason for the return in the box « Merchandise return » and specify if you want an exchange or a credit note. If you do not specify, you will be automatically refunded.
6. Click on "Request a return"
Once the request is sent, you must wait for our internal validation in order to receive a confirmation email with the "return form" to be slipped into your package.
Please note that without your return slip we cannot identify your request and we will not be able to refund you.
Once the item has been received and checked, the Charlie Joe team will contact you to know your choice (refund, credit note or exchange). If you do not answer within 7 business days, a refund of the amount of the returned part will be made to the bank account or payment account used when the part was purchased.
